What is the price of admission?

$10 advance purchase, $15 at the gate for adults, $7 for children, up to a maximum of $25 for a family.

 

Where do we park?

There will be free parking both on-site and off-site. Handicapped parking is available. Please follow the directions of our parking attendants.  They will do their best to get everyone into the festival as quickly as possible.

 

How much is parking?

Parking at the event is free. Depending on when you arrive, you may be required to ride a shuttle bus from the off-site parking into the event.

 

When purchasing a ticket for VAW, what constitutes a Family?

A Family includes all members of a household living under the same roof.

 

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry. Due to vehicles, moving aircraft and spinning propellers, only service animals are invited.

 

Where can I smoke?

Due to the highly volatile nature of aviation gasoline, there will be no smoking permitted on airport property. Everyone will be given a wristband on admission and may leave and re-enter the event at any time.

 

May we take photos?

Photography is encouraged throughout the event.

 

Will there be rides offered at this event?

Both helicopter and vintage biplane rides will be available to the public during the day on Saturday and Sunday. HFF will offer memberships which include the opportunity to fly on one of the aircraft. With sufficient interest we will offer member rides on the evening of the event.
